What is lifestyle freedom? My definition is being able to do what you want, when you want, with whom you want. My name is Rick Rule. My wife and I work from home. We are raising our own kids, we have two sons, and we enjoy a carpet commute to work.
I had worked for other people for 20 years until I became part of “corporate cost cutting measure”, in other words, I was layed off. I thought I was in a safe position. I was a manager of technical resources in a profitable division of a company that provided web services. I was the only person who knew all the parts and I was the only person that knew some of the critical parts. That didn’t matter.
Prior to being let go, I was frustrated with my inability to control my income. I had received comments such as, “I would have rated you a two, but you were budgeted for a three.” Another comment was, “You make too much money for us to consider giving you a raise.” Does this sound familiar to you?
Fortunately, some years prior, I had discovered a wonderful home based business. Working with my associates, I have become successful in this business.
